Ranks Guest House - Refund Policy

At Ranks Guest House, we are committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests. To maintain clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations by the Guest House: If Ranks Guest House cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay without any additional cost.
  • Guest Cancellations:
    • Flexible Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. If cancellations are made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date.
    • Non-Refundable Bookings: Bookings made under special offers or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Please review the terms of your booking carefully before finalising your reservation.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication, no refund will be given.
  • Early Departure: Guests who choose to leave before their confirmed check-out date will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights.

Refund Request Process

  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the reservation.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Rescheduling

  • Guests can reschedule their stay up to 48 hours before the original check-in date, subject to room availability. Rate differences for new dates may apply.
